1. where do you travel to for your phototography sessions?

I cover Connecticut, Massachusetts parts of New Hampshire, Vermont and southern Maine.

2. Do you help with planning our session?

I absolutely can help with planning your photography session.

4. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A $100.00 retainer is due when booking your session. This payment reserves your date and time and bookings are not finalized until payment is received. We will discuss your vision and my thoughts regarding the session beforehand, usually via phone or email. We will cover many things including locations, time, what to wear and it is my goal answer any questions you may have.

Final remainder of invoice is due at the shoot and may be paid in cash, check or credit card. I also can invoice you if requested.

After the session is completed, I review all the images and select the ones I feel are best for retouching. The amount of digital negatives included varies by session type. After your session, the fully edited photos will be complete in approximately 2-3 weeks although it is always my goal to have them completed more quickly. Because of the level of retouching on some portraits, it can on rare occasions take up to 6 weeks.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE A SICK KIDDO, INCLEMENT WEATHER, OR OTHER GENERAL ISSUES…

INCLEMENT WEATHER: It is up to the discretion of the photographer if the appointment should be cancelled due to inclement weather. My goal is to give you the very best photo experience. Unfortunately weather can be fickle and I do my very best to make the best judgement call that I am able to make. Even if it doesn’t rain or it passes by, the winds may be bad or the humidity extremely bad which can make for some big hair. Trust me when I say I don’t want to reschedule but sometimes it is inevitable. If for some reason you insist on attempting a shoot and it does in fact rain, or result in less than desireable photos, I am not responsible and the full session fee will be due.

SICK CHILDREN: If your child is extremely sick or coming down with something, please let me know and we will attempt to reschedule. Children will not be at their best and you may not be happy with the photos. I do not charge usually for rescheduling for this reason. As always, rescheduling is subject to my availability. Please note, small booboos and scrapes do not fall under this category as I am usually able to photoshop out this type of thing but please feel free to reach out if something along these lines occurs.

TARDINESS TO SESSION: If you arrive late to a session in will result in the loss of time to get the best images possible. Please communicate with me asap to let me know you are running late. If you are less than 30 minutes late to your session (10 for a Simple session) we will continue the session for the remainder of your scheduled time. If you are late beyond these parameters, we will need to reschedule the shoot and the retainer may be forfeited.

3. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

As standard with all packages you will receive a custom Gallery with all edited digital images. I do offer prints and albums at an additional cost.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

I do not.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

My photo sessions are catered around the client there are a standard set of poses and shots that I always like to get but the client can always request specific poses and I will always do my best to accommodate.

7. Can we meet before the session?

We can absolutely meet before any photo session.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Most photos sessions have a turnaround of 1 week, larger photo sessions 2 to 3 weeks and mini weddings have to turn around of 3 -4 weeks. Custome sessions 2 -3 weeks.
